Drawing on years of experience and a disciplined approach to problem-solving, he developed a methodology that helps equipment dealers and manufacturers identify the right buyers, uncover future opportunities, and grow market share with confidence.

    A lifelong student of business and data, Kent is passionate about helping companies achieve predictable growth in competitive markets. Outside of work, he enjoys researching family history and honoring the legacy of his late wife, Marcia, who played an important role in Gro365's early years.

Natalie Nesbit

Operations Manager

  • Natalie Nesbit brings more than two decades of experience at Gro365, having joined the company in 2003 as a Business Development Representative. Her time on the front lines gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to drive consistent, high-quality results — a foundation that continues to shape her leadership approach today.

    As Operations Manager, Natalie oversees the hiring, training, and performance of Gro365's BDR team, ensuring every representative is equipped to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. She leads with a focus on accountability, professional development, and measurable results, drawing on her deep roots in the business to set a high standard for the team she builds.

Shana Piercy

Director of Customer Service

  • Shana Piercy serves as Director of Customer Service at Gro365, a role she has built toward through nearly a decade of growth within the company. She joined in 2017 as a Business Development Representative before moving into lead and report delivery, then transitioning into customer service in 2019. By 2020, she had advanced to her current leadership position.

    In her role, Shana works directly with clients to help them uncover the purchase plans of their highest-value prospects — including customers who are currently buying from the competition. She specializes in identifying who plans to buy, what they plan to purchase, and when, giving clients the intelligence they need to act decisively and win business.
